Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
• We offer free shipping within Canada. 
  We currently do not ship to (Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut)
• Free Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days
  (Fedex, UPS, Canpar, Day&Ross) 
  

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We will email tracking codes to the buyers within 24 hours after the item has shipped. Normally, the item will be delivered in 1 to 3 business days if you live in Ontario.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping may be delayed during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding.

We want you to love your home decor! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in unused, original condition with packaging intact.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at support@luxurylivinglounge.com to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
3. Include your order number and return reason with your package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@luxurylivinglounge.com. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers will bear the return shipping costs.
All returns are shipped back to Luxury Living at the customer’s expense.
Returns will incur no fees if the product is defective or damaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
