Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. All orders placed between November 3, 2025 and December 31, 2025 have until January 31, 2026 to be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All other returns are shipped back to Aosom at the customerβs expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns will incur no fees if the product is defective or damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Warranty
Luxury Living reserves the right to provide the sole discretion on warranty coverage and availability as considered in a case by case basis. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in all new Luxury Living products (as covered by this warranty). Only products sold by an authorized merchant, retailer, or through official marketplace transactions are covered. Some third-party marketplace retailers may include additional warranty terms that supersede this warranty or are in addition to the terms stated here. Unless otherwise stated, all products have a one-year warranty that begins on the date of purchase.
Warranty terms will state on our product description. If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we do not offer any warranty for that particular product. Please be aware all accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. e.g. Battery, earphone, cable, carry bag, etc.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
After refund is approved, it will take 1-14 days for it to reflect in your account.
